Ghanaians found in more than 33 Countries

I just chanced on this interesting article by Professor Peter Quartey, a Consultant for the International Organization for Migration (IOM (see story on http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/NewsArchive/artikel.php?ID=160715. According to the findings of the report, there are Ghanaians spread across 33 countries in the world.

  1. What do you make out of this? How can the Government tap into the vast experience for the benefit of our country?
  2. Besides remittances, how can the wealth of human resources scattered all over the planet be brought together to contribute to our national development?
